Fees
Our fee schedule provides everyone with the lowest price.
We will provide an estimate of fees for all surgeries,
hospitalizations, and medical treatments.
For cases requiring hospital treatment and surgery, a
deposit will be required.
Payment is due when services are rendered.
Checks are subject to verification. A returned check fee of
$35.00 is applied to all returned checks.
We accept cash, checks on local banks, Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express, and CareCredit credit cards. We
also now accept debit cards with a PIN number.
